Liberation classes focus on how to create healthy living, to thrive, while never sacrificing taste or experience. Discussions on how’s, why’s and when’s from elegant raw desserts and delicious green smoothies, to fast, cheap and easy meal preparation, as well as alkalizing your diet to cure or evade disease. Liberate yourself from boring ‘health’ food and explore how the food you experience can raise you to a new level.

So in this class we’ll talk about how to get the most out of shopping as well as getting your home well stocked with everything you need to reach any goal. This will include shopping lists, a trip to a store and a walk through as well as a list for pantry success and recipes fitting the trip.
